Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from agentmoney.store (the "Store"), operated by Blurware ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Store or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

What you are buying

The Store sells digital products — downloadable AI "agent" bundles (the "Products"). Each Product is a set of files you download and run inside third-party AI software (such as Anthropic's Claude). There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download your files.

License and acceptable use

Unless a Product states otherwise, the files we provide are licensed to you under the MIT License included in the download. You may use, copy, and modify them for your own purposes under the terms of that license. You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute the Products as your own stand-alone product;
• Use the Products for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of the terms of any third-party platform the Products connect to.

Third-party services and costs

The Products are designed to work with third-party services and AI tools that you supply and pay for (for example, your own Claude subscription and any external API accounts the agents use). We do not provide those accounts or credits. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, output, or policies of any third-party service, and any charges you incur with those providers are solely your responsibility.

No guarantee of results

The Products are tools. We provide them "as is" and make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, revenue, or performance from using them. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own use and the third-party services involved.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Pricing and changes

We may change Product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
